Installation & Labour

Keep You Rolling takes no responsibility and is not liable for any items (including but not limited to parts new or used) purchased that have been installed incorrectly that cause damage, delays or anything of the likes with negative implications. We always recommend taking any and all items to a qualified tradesman for installation. Upon purchasing any product, you the consumer accept all and any responsibility for installation and safety. Keep You Rolling accepts no responsibilities for any injuries, damages or death from any party during the installation process of any products new or used.

We do not accept returns of any installed or used merchandise under any circumstance, even if the item is defective.

Product Usage

All Keep You Rolling products, products listed on this website and items quoted by our team are for use on private Property, Track racing or off road racing only. NOT for street use. Keep You Rolling is not liable for any fines that may be incurred on the customer for the usage and installation that violate the relevant laws in your state, territory and country. Any items purchased are done so at the risk of the customer and by purchasing item(s) all and any responsibility is accepted by customer.

Notice

Keep You Rolling may deliver notice to you via email, a notice on the site or via social media, or another form of reliable communication to the address you have provided to Keep You Rolling.

All content included in this site, including but not limited to imagery, videos, code and text is copyrighted and protected by Australian copyright Act 1968 and other relevant copyright laws is the sole property of Keep You Rolling. All rights reserved. You may copy electronically and hardcopy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Keep You Rolling or purchasing Keep You Rolling products. Furthermore, you agree to not change or delete any propriety notices from materials downloaded from this site.

Any other use of Keep You Rolling logos, graphics or anything of the likes, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited unless otherwise authorised by Keep You Rolling.

Return Policy

Keep You Rolling has a strict 30 day return policy. Only brand new, unused, unopened, unwrapped items can be returned. Items that are eligible for return will incur a small fee of 5%. Keep You Rolling does not cover return shipping costs for any item that is defective. Defective item claims must be returned to Keep You Rolling for inspection before any replacement item or repair can be offered.

Any items that have been abused, misused, installed incorrectly or have any other evidence of negligence are not eligible for returns, warranty or replacement under any circumstances.

All and any warranty claims made after 30 days of purchase must be submitted directly to the product manufacturer. Returns of any products may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

All and any electronics and fuel system items including but not limited to fuel injectors and fuel pumps aren't able to be returned under any circumstance.
All returns must be double boxed in the original packaging, in an undamaged condition. We do not accept returns of items in retail packaging with a shipping label attached to it.
Special ordered items are non refundable and we do not accept returns of said items.

Warranty policy

Keep You Rolling does not offer warranty on any item new or used, all products are sold in 'as is' condition. All warranty claims are to be made directly to the manufacturer of the product purchased. Keep You Rolling does not cover shipping costs for any warranty claims.

Liability

Keep You Rolling accepts no liability for any damages, injuries or deaths caused by and not limited to; the use of products, installation of products. All installations and product usage is done at your own risk and it is recommended to have all and any products installed by a qualified professional.

Any advice given by Keep You Rolling and its employees are taken at your own risk. No responsibility is taken for any delays, damages, or deaths as a result of taking information from this website, online or word of mouth.
